LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BE ADVISED OF TWO TEAMS IN UPPER EAST TENNESSEE THAT YOU HAD BETTER NOT FORGET ABOUT. DOBYNS-BENNETT INDIANS AND THE ELIZABETHTON CYCLONES SQUARE OFF OCT. 2ND. THESE ARE THE "NO DOUBT" BEST TWO FRESHMAN SQUADS IN THE AREA. I HAVE ALSO HEARD THAT MARYVILLE IS EXTREMELY TOUGH, BUT I HAVE SEEN THESE TWO AND THEY ARE FOR REAL. I'M SURE, WITH THE HISTORY OF ALL THREE OF THESE PROGRAMS, THAT THEY ARE ALL IN THE TOP 5-10 OF THE BEST PROGRAMS IN THE STATE. XAVIER AND THROP IN KINGSPORT AND PRESTON SMITH AND SHAVER IN ELIZABETHTON. IT IS GOING TO BE INTERESTING THIS COMING THURSDAY. FUTURE COLLEGE PROSPECTS WILL BE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BALL.

As someone said earlier BA beat MBA in 8th grade pretty soundly and I would have to make the case for the likes of Tyree Ford, Ryan White, Tyler Baker, John Garrett, Jason Huie, and Trey Wilcox for BA being the best freshmen around, last year BA had very little contribution from freshmen( which is my class but we're still good ) this year's group is very special

BA only beat MBA in last year's freshmen game because at the 8th grade level at MBA the football is not as big of a deal as at the Freshmen level, however If the BA had a freshmen team then there is no question in my mind that MBA would have soundly defeated them. The Big Red Freshmen worked constantly all summer and there is no doubt that MBA matches BA in talent, but more importantly in work ethic.

I must say that by far the fortunes of the MBA Freshman Football Team lie in the hands of our amazing coaches and the offensive and defensive lines led by Stephen Dolan, Will Turner, Nick Caroland and Ben "Beast" Daniel

true but lets not forget about the incredible talents of Carver Morgan and Lucas Carter/Guy McClure on the left side of the line

and notredame788 those people u named i no. to be honest there not as great as you are saying they are. yes they might be good for a freshmen team, but there not that many great freshman teams. If Ba had a freshmen team they would probbly whip everyone. Like Trey Wilcox, BEST FRESHMEN IN STATE!!!!!!

whatever, I have seen Trey Wilcox play, and it is obvious that he is a horible football player. Anyways he didnt even start on his 8th grade team

Yes Trey is garbage.

Well those freshmen you named from MBA i dont no any of them except Ben "The Beast who got shut down by BA" Daniels. Yes he is a great player but BA stoped him easily in 8th grade and he had to stop playing after the 3rd quater. He was gettin knocked around to much. Hmmmm.......

Clint's narrative, imbued with the ethos of resilience, navigated the tumultuous waters of the 1980s with commendable fortitude. As for the prospective successor to the coaching helm, the mention of esteemed mentor Nick Saban's absence prompts a discerning hesitation towards alternative candidates, for excellence is the sole criterion deemed worthy of emulation.  Pray, may I inquire as to your esteemed identity? Are you perchance a luminary within the domain of coaching, endowed with unparalleled wisdom and insight?
