Mike Lunsford of Cloudland. No where near the athletic base (with the rare exception of Byrd) of Ezell, Boyd, So Pitt, etc, but year in and out, Guess What? Here they are.

 

Mike Ensor of Unaka. Forget the Xs and Os for a moment. Most will never know, or appreciate what he's had to endure while struggling to save the Unaka Football Program.

However, I can go with Bill Young, Gary Householder, Benny Hammonds, Steve Brewer (not a good year this year).

 

I cannot go with Graham Clark. I don't think he gets the most of the talent that he has. He loses games he shouldn't lose.

 

Great coaches win the games they are supposed to and a few they are not supposed to. They also do not lose to less talented teams.

Have to agree with susie. It is hard to argue with GQ's record. He only has 8 losses in 5 years. I think that he is currently 55-8 as a head coach. That is pretty good.
