My season hasn't been good at all. I've been running the same times as last year but alot of that is due to our training. I'm hoping that alot will change when we peak. I cant wait!!

that will change like you said when it is time to peak

you guys are lucky you have both (coach & runner)

and I would love to see someone from this are win state those teams out west are good but we don't get our share of the respect .

Well before it's said and done I think are top 4 will be really strong but are fifth guy is a ways off. We aren't as deep as last year unlike Houston and some others but we'll see.. Thankz for the support!
