Lawrence County and Shelbyville

The only thing I can say about this game is that Lawrence County got screwed. The last 49 sec of the game were the worst officating I have ever seen in any kind of football game(nfl, college, high school, pee wee). Not saying that Lawrence County would have won but they should have been given a chance on to get the ball back. Anyone at the game knows what im talkin about. Even the Shelbyville fans can say that the last 49 sec were terrible. There was a little down home cookin with the time keeper and the refs in shelbyville. But we will wait til its 5 on 5 on Dec 5 at law co. good luck to shelbyville the rest of the year!

Tough luck man! Shelbyville can be a tough place to play. I'm not sure if you're talking about 5 on 5 boys or girls basketball. As you are aware, the girls are ranked no.2 in the country. I do not think they're overrated. The boys will have one of their best teams in yrs. They have size, quickness and depth. Good luck, cause it won't be easy.

it was definitely the worst officiating i've ever seen. there were 49 seconds left and shelbyville had the ball on their own 30 yd line. They got called for a false start on first down and after that the officials started the clock which was ridiculous. Then LCHS called a timeout. Next play Shelbyville fumbles, in the dogpile the refs never stop the clock and about 15 more seconds run off. LCHS takes another timeout. There are 10 seconds left on teh clock. Shelbyville ran two plays, LCHS called two timeouts, and 39 seconds ran off the clock. It was pathetic. I just hate to see a game that is taken over by the officials or in this case the clock keeper!
