creekercalhoun
It should be a good scrimmage tonight between unaka and volunteer both really good teams.

CHHS72
The Falcons scrimmage Sullivan East at 10:00 and North Greene at 12:00 on Saturday. East and North Greene play at 11:00. They looked better last night vs. Unaka. There is still room for a lot of improvement. For those who care, Volunteer beat Unaka by one in the four quarter scrimmage and Unaka beat us by one in the one quarter scrimmage. I do not think scrimmages are very good gauges as to who would win in a regular game. The coaches natuarly play everybody and nobody fouls out. Those two factors make it diffcult to say how a real game would go. If they had been keeping up with fouls there would have been a couple of players that would have fouled out in the first quarter. CHHS72
Volunteer looked good in two scrimmages today. They played Sullivan East and North Greene. The starters are Chuck Lindholm, John Carl Frazier, Jacob Frazier, Jay Hughes and Derek Smith. The rest of the varsity are Matt Gilreath, Michael Porter, Corey Eidson, Weston Creasy, Shane Ryans and Jared Mann.

CHHS72
It looks like they are trying to make it tough on us this year in the Bahamas tournament. We are in the pool with the best team from down there, Tabernacle Baptist. We play them in the first game of the tournament. The other team in our pool is Freeport. There are twelve teams in the tournament. They are divided into four pools of three. The winners of each pool goes to the championship round. Other than our two pool games we play Science Hill. CHHS72
Although he was late, he was at the gym Saturday. He had class last night, according to Coach Whitt. You are right I have not seen any posts by him lately. He may be getting on threads we do not read.
