Congratulations, Roger in being a finalist nominee for Mr. Football 2003! You deserve it and you make Greenbrier and Robertson County proud!

That's great. I haven't seen many 3A teams, but he was certainly a difference maker. I thought he was a good quarterback as a sophomore. He is a tremendous tailback this year. Greenbrier went from being a solid team with him at QB, to being a great team with him at tailback.

 

I hope you can continue your run through the playoffs and make it to Blue Cross Bowl. Greenbrier is a 1st class program.

I can't think of anybody more derserving for this nomination than Roger. He has displayed what hard work and dedication can accomplish. He has also shown great character on and off the field.

 

I do hope that the "student athlete" part of the equation figures into the final vote.
