There are so many predictions that say that this game will be a blowout. I just can't see that happening. Every team cak has played so far in the playoffs, has been predicted to win in a blowout. Obviously, cak has proved all those people wrong. Boyd may win this game, but i really think it will be a close, hard fought game that goes down to the fourth quarter. I hope I am right.

All I have to say is that Boyd will not have trouble with CAK. Boyd is a very sound team, that has played well all year. We have some great players, including those you don't see in the paper, aka Swinea and Thurm. These thugs are powerhouses with speed and strength. Boyd fans know what I am talking about. Swinea even has some touchdowns to his name, because he is tall. And you are talking about other schools coming to your game. Last week there were over 7000 people at the boyd game. And alot of those were from other schools. Including Marion, Ooltewah, McCallie, East Ridge, so Boyd now has a large fan group supporting them on to state.

This shall be one crowded game. Good luck finding a seat, let alone parking. CAK has some nice facilities but it is just not that big. The more people the more interesting this game becomes. I cannot imagine 7000 people extremely sad or happy. There should be more than two rent-a-cops there; not that I don't think we will all like Christians but the situation will be tense with such traffic of people and cars. I hope the game is first and foremost a safe one on and off the field. Secondly I hope it is interesting. Thirdly I hope my warriors win.

I doubt there will be that many at fridays game. One reason is it is away. THe next is South Pitt always brings the whole town and surrounding area. Also one of the best games to watch is boyd south pitt. So there are always alot at a Boyd South pitt game

i was just wondering, what size of school boyd is, it sure sounds like there is a huge fan base.

Well the campus itself isnt to big. Neither is the stadium. At least half of the people at the game friday were standing many brought fold out chairs because the stadium does not sit that many people. There are about 400 kids in the highschool I believe.

Actually there is only 300 kids in the entire high school. The reason they have such a big fan base is becasue people like to watch a good team who plays with a lot of heart. You rarely see boyd players getting unsportmanlike conduct calls on them and people like to see a team that plays like that. They dont want to see a team that plays dirty. Boyd fans need to come to knoxville friday to provide plent of support though
