I'd like to hear some others' answers, but here's mine...

 

Have to go with two kids with a great shooters name like Delk...

 

Haywood Co Sr G Leslie Delk and Jackson Northside Jr G Reginald Delk (they're cousins) are the two best shooters in West Tn I have seen. These two can really light it up and stroke the rock...

 

I'll also go with Chester Co Sr G Michael McCutchen. McCutchen has a pure shot, and shot over 45% from 3's this past summer against elite competition...

I have to agree with you, tdubb. Clint Blackburn (Greenfield) in one of the best shooters I have seen around this area.

I watched White Station this summer at the mid america tournament and Courtney Pigram has got to be one of the best. He has as pure a shot as I've seen. Actually reminded me a little of Earnest Shelton.

I think that one of the best shooters in West TN is Ramone Williams of Jackson North Side. He can shoot lights out. He will be a very important player this year for North Side because most teams will focus on stopping the Delks.
