Cleveland's Coach

We need more info on Mr. Green leaving. Why leave a high paying job at Cleveland where he has enjoyed success, plus his sister plays for Lee University? I know this is at least his second suspension from games because of court side behavior, so maybe he needs to look within for the problem, not without. What does Rhea have to do with this?

I am just an innocent observer, but almost EVERY time I watch Cleveland High's boys team, Coach Green deserves a technical foul. He is almost always, at least one time per game, out of line. He behaves like a child, pulling his shirt tail out, yelling, screaming (last year at Bradley, for instance). From my perspective, it may be the SCHOOL looking for a replacement and he may not have time to "find a better job". With their record, the underclass talent looking slim, and his behavior, he'll be VERY LUCKY to be there next season.

What does his grades have to do with him not playing basketball? If his grades were the issue then how was he eligible to play football last semester but not eligible to play basketball? I thought eligibility was determined for the entire semester.

It was my understanding from a very reliable source from within Cleveland High School, that at the end of the school year last year, Jay was two classes short to be advanced to the next grade. He then enrolled in summer school (which Cleveland doesn't even have) to take the two classes. These two classes were taught by Leon Brown and there were "very few" students in each of these classes. True or not, sounds suspicious huh?
