Just for the record, the Morton Brothers do not play on Friday nights due to their religious beliefs. That hampers Coach Dilday on those nights so Greenfield should be a solid favorite friday night

Do they never play on Friday nights? Is it only Friday nights that they cannot play? Not trying to get off on a tangent here, but what religion are they?

 

If in fact, they have not been playing each game, this would explain Dresden's up and down year.

 

bballfever, Ritz was a wing player for Dresden. I'm not sure which game he was injured in. I'm not sure what number he wore. He is a good shooter.

Yes, they miss each Friday night game. Takes away two starters and makes Dresden much smaller/younger.

That says a lot for those young men that they are that faithful.

 

It also says a lot about Coach Dilday to be that understanding. A lot of coaches would not make it easy on players who could not play on Friday nights.

 

I have seen each of these young men play. The older one, Justin I think, is a very good basketball player. I wish he was playing Friday, I was looking forward to seeing him and Brandon go up against each other.

Actually Justin is the younger, and they will get to play each other later in the year.

I call it like I see it. I am somewhat parchal to Trenton like you are to Greenfield. There is nothing wrong with you. Some of your opinions are true. But I think you should lay off the coach. I think if he settles down, he could easily be one of the best coaches in the area. It will be a different story the next time Trenton plays Greenfield. Wait and see
