Marshall County

I was wondering what is happening with Mashall County boys?! Two years ago, I watched them play and they were awesome, the past 2 years, they aren't playing as well as I thought they would be. Is there a problem with coaching or is it the players? Please don't misunderstand my post, I am not trying to bash MCHS, just a basketball fan trying to understand what is going on!

I have watched Marshall Co. play a few games this year. To me (and this is only my opinion) the boys seem lazy. Plus, I heard that their coach is only in his 2nd year as a head coach. They seem to have talent on the team and coming up, I predict that MCHS will turn things around in a few years.

Lets hope so. A couple of years ago district 9AA always had 4 or more pretty tough teams to go up against and the past 2 years its been 1 or 2. The teams or the talent has graduated and moved on. We need it back.

With the loss of Trey Alred due to discipline kinda hurt Marshall County. hey do have a young coach that has a bright future. Give him time, and he will bring the program back to where it was a few years ago.

I heard that their coach was an outstanding basketball player and that he played 4 years of college ball? Any truth to that? I wish him the best of luck at Marshall County, from what I've heard he seems to be a very hard working young man!
