The lady Dawgs went up by 10 in the first then the buffalo's came back in the second and went ahead, by the middle of the third Clarkrange went up by 8-10 then the Dawgs came fighting back .Then the rest of the game was nip and tuck Celina had the last shot down 3 and missed.

Snow = 24 points and fouled out late in 4th

(let her get too many easy things in the 1st half (16))

Clarkrange only hits 4 3-ptrs (do you hear that cross55)

 

Herrmann = 16 pts. not a real good 1st half missed several of "her shots"

Rich = 11 pts no foul trouble

Watson = 11 points

Strong = 11 points

Smith = 1 point

 

Strong hits layup to pull within 1 at 51-50. Ramsey gets fouled and goes to line for 1 and 1...makes both to go up 53-50. CCHS inbounds and Strongs 3 is no good.

Final: Lady Buffs -- 53 Lady Dawgs -- 50

 

Round #3 -- District 7A Championship!!!!!!

was surprised to se Herman get the technical when Rich mouthed all night long without even a warning (as she does in many games) It was a good game.

Did anyone see the Rich girl give a jab kick in the girls action?

Yeah, I saw the kick , it was after a tie-up between Stephanie Rich and Kari Jones, it was called a jump ball. and Jones fell to the ground, Rich got mad gave a good kick to Jones in the back. I was suprised the ref didn't see that, but yet heard Herman . I can't wait to see the matchup between these tow again in the finals. I think clay co. lets their attitudes get the best of them, and from what I saw the clarkrange girls have pretty good attitudes , but I don't know about some of their fans.
