if district tournements were now who would be favored to be 1st,2nd,and 3rd and if you could pick who would make your all district team and your mvp for the season so far

District 11a is a toss-up as of now. When tournament time comes around seeding will make no difference and i would think that Richland, Moore Co., Cascade, and Huntland will be the teams advancing to the Region tournament, even though one or 2 of these teams will probably be upset in the first round. This district tournament is not going to be decided by which 4 teams are better than the rest, but rather which 4 teams can get it together for the FIRST ROUND, and as far as the second and third round goes, you might as well flip a coin.

I think that's a pretty good all-district team. The favorites right now would be Cascade and Moore Co., with Huntland a close third. This should be a great dist. tourn., with maybe just two games that aren't nail-biters.

#25 at Richland is Hayley Hewitt, and yes i'm sure she would get it but she is out with knee injuries now.Hang in there Hayley!!

We will know more in the next two weeks. Richland has the heart of there schedule left. They play Forrest,Cascade,and Moore County. And I think everyone is over looking the girls from Forrest because the boys are doing so well. I think there are six teams that have a chance to make it the final four. take your pick!!

You've got to add Community and Cornersville to that list, too! Don't forget, Cornersville won their first 4 or 5 straight and led the dist. at one point. If they get it together at the right time, they could win the thing. Community probably won't have a chance of winning it, but they could pull an upset in the first round-they've beat some teams this year. This should be one heck of a tourney!

I don't see the same spark from Community or Cornersville that I saw in the beginning of the year. They could get it back come tournment time. That's what makes it fun. You just don't know who is going to show up. Always makes for a great tournment. May they all play there best!!
