DII State Dual Semi-Finals (Sat.)

I figure Saturday morning's matches (Semi-finals) will be McCallie v. MBA and CBHS v. Ryan. My question is, how exciting will these matches be. Will MBA match up well with McCallie and is CBHS really tough enough to run with Ryan???

 

Its a long drive for me, I will have to leave very early, so basicly, IS IT WORTH IT???

If you look at the line up on the D2 predictions thread, Baylor looks like the favorite. Ryan will need an upset or two to win.

To turn it around, Ryan needs wins by Dunning, Oddo major, Mondelli, and Adams. 31-34 Ryan, but that's asking a lot. Don't know if they can pull it off. Myers and Mayo didn't impress vs MBA either. Should be a heck of a match and worth the drive, even for you Stovepipe.

MBA matches up well with McCallie in the upper and lower weights but could have some serious problems in the middle weights.

bkpres, you're right. I was giving Ryan the benefit of the doubt, since they are the underdogs.

I only want to see the best wrestling (that is why I wont watch the DI mats). Its a long haul and I would hate to be disappointed. But thanks for the info. I really didnt realize Baylor would be so strong against Ryan.

I have a feeling of baylor winning it all, if they can get passed father ryan. FR has to avoid gettting pinned for them to win.
