I coach a middle school program here in the West. It is really as simple as getting in touch with your local USA/Tennessee wrestling head and then finding the little ones to coach man. Really a simple paper. Goodluck to you.

To tell you the truth pretty much any of the reps here in the West can issue cards as far as I know. That includes Jose, Tom Marable, Mr. Simpson, etc. I would imagine that you can get with Jose the easiest.

 

On another note I was thinking about trying to make it to one of the copper certification camps this summer but don't want to go alone. If you are interested we might be able to split the travel costs.

I will check with my husband on if you need a coaches card for the Bolton tourn. I know that when we went to VA you stood in a different line and paid for a coaches card. I will get that info. and post in the morning. This is not a USA wrestling tournament.

Definitely. I think that Coach Delgado was talking about trying to get one going here, but if that doesn't happen, I would definitely like to go. Hey, I can coach you at Bolton. That would be hilarious. I'll wear a suit like the one Theo Jackson wore this past weekend. Maybe I can just borrow his, except he's like 2 feet tall.

Yeah that would be interesting man, I haven't competed since I was a senior and am so out of shape right now that I probably wouldn't do well but it is a tempting thought. I think I will have to hold off until the summer/next year when I have a chance to train more.

Oh and it would be great if Jose could get us one here then I would definitely be there. The only thing stopping me is the distance right now.
