Charles Williams from McCallie is a good pitcher from the Chatt. area. He does'nt have the big name that some of these names I am reading. I think this kid has a chance to pitch on the college level. He has 3-4 solid pitches. Has a good knuckle ball. His fast ball has some pop. Has a really good curve ball. What does anyone else think about this kid?

I vote for Paul Davis. Had an excellent summer and fall with the Chattanooga Cyclones. He and Carver were a great team!!

Matt Tanzi is by far the best soph. in all of TN. He's 16 years old in a 25 year olds body (6'2 220 plus). He also hits it longer then just about anybody in the state... proof- homerun to center field at cleveland state community college (415 in center, and it went over a good 20 ft or better). Has a great dad behind him that has him working his butt off to get better everyday (Mike his dad played minor league ball for many years). Matt will be playing summer and fall baseball under George Koontz- chattanooga cyclones. He has a great future ahead of him, and quite a few schools have already sent him letters. Oh I forgot to add this... he hit a long homerun off McCallies very own Ryan Moore the first pitch of last year he was given

I heard about the shot off Moore last year. Can't wait to see him play this year. I saw the McMinn - Ooltewah game last year at Cleveland. I think Tanzi hit a dinger in that game. McMinn torched the owls that day.

Yeah we killed Ooltewah last year and Tanzi hit a line-drive homerun in the Blue Raider Classic. What school do you play for?
