i will say kingston will beat lc but it will be a good game between the two.

I think if LC plays up to their potential that they are about 2 goals better than Kingston. Kingston's only scoring threat is McMillan and one guy can't get through a whole team on his own without some help. LC should control the midfield of most games. LC's center mid Mitch Thomas can take over and control a game and not many teams have been able to shut him down consistantly.

L.C. may have lost some players, but they return some great seniors, as well as a solid core of young players. I always hear about how good Kingston is, but in the last 4 years, L.C. has controlled this series. It's a new year though and anything can happen.

I might also say it's kind of ironic, considering Kingston is an "elite" A/AA team, when in fact they have never left their region.

Untrue my L.C. friend. Twas the 99 season with such talent as Billy McMillan, Tre Wright, Timmie Cobb, Wes Snow, Wes Bunch, Jason Inan, Shaun Settle, Eric Perez, and the infamous "Shannon Twins". Eric Perezs' "fake quad stretch" P.K. in triple overtime that sent L.C. packing to go home and Kingston packing.....to goto state. Do some research before you speak. Dont let you being bias of a team get in the way of important information.

In 1998 Lenoir City won the state. In 1999 they lost to CPA in the state semis. In 2000 and 2001 CAK went to state. Lenoir City was at state in 2002 and 2003 along with CAK in 2003. The best Kingston has ever done is lose in the region championship game to either CAK or Lenoir City. I think you may need to do a little more research before you speak.

Thanks Zizou..I believe it was in 98 when this unbeatable Kingston team was beaten @ Kingston for the region title. If my knowledge serves me, Kingston has never won a region title.
