Will the dynasty crumble or will White Station still dominate?

I want you White Station fans to know that I admire your basketball program. I love the way your team gets after people. White Station was so well coached and disciplined.White Station had some good players also. They may not have the superstar like a Penny Hardaway,Ron Mercer,Tony Harris or a Shawn Marion but they have kids who can play and play hard at all times. I know you Spartan fans enjoy watching your team collect the Gold Balls. I just wish Maryville basketball could be like White Station.White Station is who every team wants to be like.

I'm not a WSHS fan, alumn, supporter etc. They still have talent there though with J.P. Prince (apparently a U of Memphis assistant goes to every game just to watch him) and 6'6 Colin Cunningham at Shooting Guard. There was talk about a certain "other" team who reloads every year. They might do that, but not like White Station does. I mean they had Robert O' Kelly, ACC freshmen of the year graduate, and then they just put in 10th grader Earnest Shelton, who now is one of the best players for Alabama. They have 3 or 4 seniors this year going to play college ball and they have also had kids sign with schools like ETSU every year. That team reloads. I've heard their 9th and 10th graders are pretty weak, but the future is always bright. They are in a great area of town and have great academics, which are two things prospects are always looking at...well the quality prospects that WSHS has anyway.

i am a commited White Station fan and am very proud of what this program has accomplished. I'm sorry to say that in a few years White Station probably won't be what they are. White Station CAN win state next year but it will be hard. They won't have the kind of lineup they have had but will still be very good. returning starters include J.P. Prince and Collin Cunningham. This dynamic duo could maintain White Station's dominance but it would be very tough. Congratulations White Station! It has been a great run! Good luck to coach Tippett next year at Evangelical Christian School. I will be there to cheer you on! :D

    • I havent kept up with Keeton since he went to Oakland, so hearing he is in a BOE role now, that may trump him coming back.  Rennard on the other hand. That dude is a Man Builder! And he was cut loose this spring from Scotts Hill. Heard him in a interview a few month back and he inspired me. He needs to be back home in the Purple & Gold, regardless of if he is HC or not or even if he doesnt coach at all, his presences will improve the environment. But Again, I have no clue if he would even be interested.
    • biggest....just saying he is good at what he does. I may or may not have already floated this out his way.   He is a good guy!
    • Shoulders from Macon co.  A creasy protege. Has the best coached team in the area as of late. Not much shot to win a state title at Macon but could very well be a contender with the talent coming up through the peewee and junior high ranks in TC I hear. He my dark horse candidate. trousdale co fans could also brag to their neighbors that they talked their best coach into coming to TC on a year of such high expectations at Macon co.
