Webb could be a CAK 2003 story for this year. They can make a playoff-time run if:

 

1.People continue to overlook them;

2.Lack of big game experience does'nt get them;

3.Lack of depth doesn't effect them.

 

Do you consider beating Baylor an upset?

Congrats Webb! Would have liked to see an all Chattanooga final but there's always next year. Let's hope that McCallie can at least make it to the Region finals.

Webb is 13-2-1 and no one is overlooking them. They've won nearly every big game they've played. Catholic barely beat them with a last minute goal. They tied and beat Baylor, beat McCallie and ND. Anyone overlooking them will lose. Webb beating Baylor was an upset only in the sense that Baylor had the higher seed (#2 v. #3); but, remember, they tied in the regular season and Baylor only had the higher seed because of scoring more goals during the Region season. Their records were identical. Congratulations, Webb. Great job.

Webb is a solid team. No one should overlook them. They're offensive production is obvioiusly good enough to win games and #17 just controls their defense (stopper). Especially with their record, I don't think anyone is overlooking them...at least anymore...

Thanks Hoya75, I have a feeling this will be a great match this time. No one wants to play for 3rd in the West with their backs to the wall so this game will be a hard fought battle tomorrow. I also expect Briarcrest to give ECS a run tomorrow. We will see.....

Why wouldn't Jeff have played? did he get hurt?

Jeff had been out much of the year with an ankle injury and went down in the McCallie game and never came back in.
