Milan will go 7-3 , 8-2 somwhere in that range. I still look for Huntingdon to go to MTSU though. Martin could make some noise.

if u noticed, did milan throw it much against camden...no. We ran basic plays...straight ahead football. Yes, camden is better than they have been, but when coaches sit down and prepare for a team, you usually will see Walker break those long 50 yd runs like he did a couple of times.....you people put way to much emphasis on scrimmages! go dawgs!

Guys, a scrimmage is a scrimmage.  Dont you realize that last year we got whupped by haywood county pretty bad, then were basically unstoppable in the regular season!

i'm not saying anything about our record this upcomin year......competition varies from year to year.......i just believe the dawgs are still dangerous as ever before.

In my opinion, Milan won't be near as dangerous as last season. They lost too many key players, and several area teams are older and have a year or 2 behind their belts. These teams are getting thirsty to unseat Huntingdon and show Milan they can play with the big dogs. I wouldn't be suprised to see Camden put Milan out in the playoffs, but that is far ahead, with many weeks of football between now and then.

should be a fun season, Huntingdon lost alot of starters, but they are still pretty deep and are going to be hard to beat, as long as they don't get cocky, also better watch out for McKenzie and Camden. Who knows, can't wait for the games to begin. thumb

Nobody can beat Huntingdon ever, didnt you guys know? Goh, what are we thinking? Why are we even discussing it? Give me a break. Still believe 03' Bulldogs were best to come through Milan. Although with the exception of the earlier state champions that I could not see. The plays that were made with that team and the games that got played were and are remarkable. This years team is down...but its been a long time since Milan ran on luck. Daylan Walker is still a legite threat and the fastest player on the field in 2A. Hes a playmaker and hopefully things will fall into place before November. Go Dawgs.

from what I've seen, Milan's got big time QB problems...2 sophs are the only options and both of them have problems taking snaps...off tackle left and right are the only plays I've seen them run in their scrimmages

If everybody else is like me in milan, then we are tired of hearing Huntingdon, Huntingdon, Huntingdon! Mckenzie or camden, just win the region and shut them up!

It seems to me that ppl from Milan are the ones who always start this subject every year. It seems that they need to win their region and shut up!!!

its going to be interesting this year. 2a football in west tennessee will be very competitive. i still think Huntingdon will come out on top but Camden, McKenzie, Milan, and others all want to go to the state championship too and will put up a good fight. its going to be a great regular season and the playoffs will be even better. Camden is an improved team and should not be taken lightly. i think that we can stay with Huntingdon and keep it within 2 TDs (unlike the 51-7 whippin they put on us last year). but McKenzie and Milan are also good teams. we will just have to wait til the season starts....next week at the jamboree and in 2 weeks when it really counts.
