naw watsons a good coach. i said a lot of things i shouldnt have about him on here but i only said that out of selfishness. you gotta pound the ball in the ground to keep it out of mimms's hands. the same situation occured when we had to keep it away from nunley last week. i wasnt thinking when i put him down and it was wrong. be careful what you say "not another hooligan". it might come back and bite you in the rear.

lets talk about the game then,

SIEGEL'S KEYS TO SUCCESS

1. kick teams must cover whether they kick to mimms or not, they can not afford to give up any touchdowns on special teams

2. they must keep blackman's defense guessing, as long as they don't run the same plays over and over, they can move the ball downfield vs. this mediocre defense

3. their defensive backfield must step it up BIGTIME, especially the corners, they really need to start making some plays, no more 10 yd cushions and soft coverage and getting burned REPEATEDLY

4. they need to score first, if they take the early lead, their large crowd will go nuts, they will have the momentum and will continue to score

5. d-line and linebackers need to hit kenny and mimms hard and early, i don't care who the running back is, if you get pounded first quarter, you will eventually soften up and not run as hard

6. and of course, no TURNOVERS

    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
