1A Top Tacklers

Who are some of the leading tacklers in 1A? I was just curious because Whitwell has a Sophomore LB named Ryan McGowan who has 25. I think thats pretty good for someone who is just a sophomore.

Frienship Christian Senior LB Michael Wheeler has 27.

Ryan McGowan had his 3rd straight double-digit tackling performance. This sophomore has a huge upside.

i believe wayne co.'s caleb creasy#59 is the best tackler in 1a.he is a linebacker with great speed and can read and react better than most linebackers i've seen in the last few years

My vote goes to Brandon Fisher (yes, Jeff's son) from CPA. The leader of one of the best 1A defenses in Tennessee, he seems to be in on every tackle and always around the ball.

He is the strongest player on CPA's team and punishes ball carriers.

I would also go with Fisher. CPA seems to have a tough defense and he is one of if not the leader of that physical D. divepix, what is your email?

 

Also, Wheeler of FCS seems to have a good ability to tackle the football.

Ryan McGowan has 42 tackled thru 3 games.
