I think there are gonna be so many good freashman teams but this year central is gonna be good they had a ruff start but there gonna do pretty good the have there 1st game 9/2 @ Austin-East they beat ae in a scrimmage by 14 so i think this will be A good one

Fulton is going to be the best off top beacuse they have so much talent. Kinda reminds me of last years team 7-1.

Maryville is 2-0 this year in freshmen football.

 

They beat Carter's jr varsity 22-6

 

They beat Alcoa's jr varsity 26-18

 

If I get a chance I would like to see them play. I heard the Maryville freshmen were good but not as strong as they were last year.

Obion County Central should have a very strong and competetive squad. They dominated Union City's freshman last week. I see a very bright future for the freshman as well as for the high school with this group!!!! thumb

But of course, Elizabethton. Most of their parents think they could beat the varsity. They tought they could beat the group ahead of them a couple of years ago. They got past the line of scrimmage one time and got beat something like 8td's - 0. Good grief! Don't think they want anymore of the sophs, but their parents think they do. hehe

I have seen the Heritage Freshman. They are going to be TOUGH!! The O-line averages at least 250 (I know a little slow), and three of them are over 6' 3"!!!

They have three tough running backs, a lefty at QB that is very good. Also they play tough "D". Give them time with the new Head coach (Rewis) and his knowledge of the game. Look out the future looks bright at Heritage (finnally)!!

The rebs freshman team beat carters JV? impressive.... i think fultons JV beat Carters JV 60-0 monday night.

Knox Catholic has too many freshmen like 40 or so ... a ton of potential there and some already arent bad at all.... they should be good

Mba's freshmen team is one of the best led by Jay Cole and Robert rolfe on the line and zac kordel and christain waddey in the backfield.There is many other great players, but thats enough said.
