Without stats and who has the best team....I see it this way in this order if we are talking about true natural running talent.

Andre Flowers from Dyer County is a Sophmore and been starting running back since his freshman year, he is a very talented running back, he can do many things with the ball, he can run through you, run around you, and just plum make you miss him!! He carries dyer county's team!!
