i dont think drug testes should b anything to worry about. what players do on thier own time is there time and problems. not any coaches. along as they respect the coaches and not do it before games and practice then they shouldnt worry about drug testing players.

No problem testing athletes, but why don't they test the band? They represent the school also.

You might as well let the kids do what thier gonna do and get it over with, because you may be able to control them now but once they go off to college their gonna experiment and go buck wild if you try and shelter them. Just remember that the President of the United States used quite a few drugs in his day, and I think that he's doing ok for himself.

At Oneida, they test all athletes, band members, or anybody that is involved in extra curricular activities, which is pretty much everybody. They test athletes at the beginnig of each season they participate in and randomly after that. The test everyone else on either a random or suspician basis. The parents have to sign a release for them to be able to test though.
