LEONARDS LOSERS      Cleveland, The Powell Panthers are huge, and the offense is coming into its own.  While Cleveland has yet to see its better play of the year, just can't handle the mear size of the Panthers.  Although the Blue Raiders have much faster team speed, it will not be fast enough.  The Blue Raiders will host the team from Powell.  The coaching staff from Powell will have them ready.  The Blue Raiders players are ready for basketball.  A 6-4 season in Blue Raider country is not good.  The Panthers must play their best ball to continue on, and will.  Powell by 5, and advance to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS  Adamsville, The 8-2 Yellowjackets of Fairview will travel to Adamsville to take on the 6-4 Cardinals.  Should be a good game.  Even though the records show a better Fairview team.  The Cardinals will go down fighting.  Fairview by 8, and advance to 2nd round.

LEONARDS LOSERS Coffee Co, The 8-2 Blue Devils of Lebanon ready for round 1. While the 6-4 Raiders from Manchester are glad to be playing. The Raider will travel to Lebanon and be greated with a smile, but not a friendly smile. It is a smile like that of a cat greeting a mouse into a room with no doors or holes to escape, and shutting the door behind it. Lebanon by 12, and advances to next round.

LEONARDS LOSERS Karns, The 8-2 Trojans from Soddy Daisy will host the 4-6 Beavers. Although the Trojan team looks more versitile, the Beavers running game will make the score seam much closer. Both teams have strong defenses, but the versitile Trojans come away with the win. Soddy Daisy by 12, and advance to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Lewis Co., The 9-1 Lions of Camden Central will take on the 6-4 Panthers from Hohenwald. The Lions only loss coming from the powerhouse Huntingdon. The Lions will have no trouble handling the Panthers. Camden by 14, and advance to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Walker Valley, The Yellow Jackets of Trousdale Co. coming into the playoffs with a 8-2 record and a 4th place finish in the region. The Jackets must leave the "Creek Bank" to take on the Mustangs in Cleveland. The Mustangs better take advantage of being in 3A because next year the must face the powerful teams of 4A football. Trousdale Co. by 6, and advance to 2nd round.

LEONARDS LOSERS Campbell Co., The Farragut Admirals will travel to Jacksboro to take on the School History Making Cougars. Although the Admirals are 4th and the Cougars are 2nd, the region 2-5A is much tougher top to bottom. The Admirals will have a tough time playing in Jacksboro. The fans support for the Cougars will be a record for them. This years gate admission will carry them for a couple of years. Short lived for the Cougars though. Farragut by 10, and advance to round 2.

Maryville vs Rhea County

LEONARDS LOSERS Rhea Co., The Maryville Rebels will host former Maryville Head Coach and now Rhea Co. Head Coach Tim Hammontree. The Golden Eagles are in for a quick wake up call. The Rebels will put it on the Eagles quickly, but will slow down in respect for the former leader. Maryville is entirely to strong for the Eagles, and by far way to deep. Maryville by 20, and will advance to the 2nd round.

LEONARDS LOSERS Coalfield, The 9-1 Rangers of Unaka will host the Yellow Jackets. The Rangers will have to much for Coalfield, and will put it away before the half. Unaka by 18, and will advance to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Wartburg Central, The 8-2 Highlanders of Gatlinburg-Pittman will host the 4-6 Bulldogs of Wartburg. Both teams are used to the small town setting of High School Football, the Bulldogs are going into the Mountains to play GP. Its gonna be cold, maybe rainy, and very unforgiving. The Highlanders send the Bulldogs sledding back down the mountains, but on their backs. Gatlinburg-Pittman by 16, and advances to 2nd round.

LEONARDS LOSERS Happy Valley, The Sweetwater Wildcats are traveling to Elizabethton to take on the Warriors of Happy Valley. Although the Valley wont be so happy to see them, it will be a good ballgame. Sweetwater has already seen the best team in 2A at Alcoa. This game will close, but the Warriors just don't have the speed. Sweetwater by 13, and advances to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Sullivan North, The 6-4 Panthers of Lenoir City must make the long trek to Kingsport to take on the 7-3 Raiders. The Raiders have losses to Sullivan South, Powell Valley, and State 5A Power Dobbyns Bennett. They have played some tough competition, but so has Lenoir City. The Panthers have played former state 3A Champion Fulton and won, as well as played Austin-East. The Panthers will be ready. Lenoir City by 5, and advances to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Station Camp, The Tyner Academy Rams will host the Bison from Gallatin. The Rams will not be friendly host though, they jump all over the Bison from the get go. The 9-1 Rams will send the 5-5 Bison back Gallatin quickly. Tyner Academy by 24, and will advance to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Whitwell, The 8-2 Wildcats of Monterey are celebrating the season record. The Wildcats are hosting the Tigers, and hoping to send the Tigers back to Whitwell licking their wounds. The Wildcats will be successful. Monterey by 10, and advances to the 2nd round.

LEONARDS LOSERS Greeneville, The Sullivan East Patriots will host the Green Devils in Bluff City. The 9-1 Patriots are strong this year. Its only loss is to Tennessee High 54-0. That is not a good picture for the Patriots, but only a setback. They will bounce back and let the Devils know whos better. Sullivan East by 21, and will advance to round 2.

LEONARDS LOSERS Baylor, The Big Red of Montgomery Bell Academy will host the Bears from Chattanooga's Baylor School. A battle of soon to be Frat boys will not be the game some want to go and see. MBA is ready and will not be denied. At least not this week. Montgomery Bell Academy by 18, and advances to the Semifinals.

LEONARDS LOSERS Crockett Co., The Page Patriots are 7-3, while the Cavaliers are 8-2. The Cavaliers will leave Alamo and travel to Franklin. This game is a close one to call, but somebody has to call it. The Patriots are averaging 29.5 points a game and the defense is only allowing 10.2. On the other side the Cavaliers are averaging 24.9 points per game and allowing 15.5. This will be a close one all the way. Page by 2, and advances to the 2nd round.
