Alcoa vs. Sweetwater

second round game between Alcoa and Sweetwater what does everybody think?

Sweetwater will play Alcoa tough but I think the Tornados will be too much.

Well It should be different tthen it was durring the RAIN STORM earlier in the year BUT untill some knocks of the BIG DOG ....... I will still pull for my beloved CATs

the soggy weather earlier in the season should have been an advantage for Sweetwater but they didn't take advantage of it. If the field is dry, then Alcoa will most certainly score as many points as they wish. I guess i'll go for Sweetwater though.

How far does everyone think this Alcoa team can make it this year?

Alcoa will win by at least 4 touchdowns. Coach Reid can pick any offensive play he wants and probably score every other play. Coach Nix won't even need to call any defensive stunts againt this terrible team. Sweetwater is poorly coached and therefore they play poorly. Sweewater could be good if they had some coaches who knew what they were doing.

I think this game will get out of hand but not because the sweetwater coaches are incompetent. It will get out of hand because Alcoa is just better. If you remember, two years ago sweetwater basically whipped everybody and nobody was complaining about the coaching then. The coaches know what they are doing because they have had winning teams before and it isn't like sweetwater is terrible now. They are in the 2nd round with a game to move on so lay off the coaches just a little bit. I am going to go with a modest prediction though. Latham will get hurt just like he does every time he plays alcoa, and alcoa will win 21-0.
