sullivan east is playing in a jamboree on Nov. 16 at Sullivan North. I think the Watauga Conference and the Big 7 is combining their Jamborees this year. Sullivan East plays Happy Valley at 5:50 so everyone come watch!

Pigeon Forge is playing in a scrimmage "Play Day" at Jefferson Co. High. The Play Day was supposed to be held at Carson Newman College, but I think they are refinishing their floor or something. The Lady Tigers play Greeneville and Tennessee High. I'm not sure who else will be there.

Carson Newman had a fire sprinkler malfunction, putting the req gym's wooden floors under water for quite a while. Therefore, the games are being moved to local school locations.

 

I think some of the schools that were coming have dropped out, some I think due to the change in venues. I don't have the list of schools with me, but I know besides the two you mentioned, CAK and White County were scheduled. I will update this later.

AA jamboree at Walker Valley was played last night. Several great games with boys and girls. Good opportunity to see some possible state contenders such as Walker Valley girls and McMinn Central boys playing. NOw on to the season with opening tournaments and Hall of Fame games!
