after wins over independence and ca in the classic this weekend culleoka is 4-1 with the only loss coming to mt. pleasant....dominating performances over both independence and ca lead me to believe that not only should they win the district but possibly make a run at the region...i wanna hear what you guys think...

No way do they win the region. Their district appears to be weak this year so maybe. Don't get too excited about beating CA, they won't be in the hunt for their district. Culleoka way behind teams like Summertown, Wayne County, and Mt. Pleasant.

They will go to the districts and not make out of there. They are going to be good in the future, but not NOW!!. Moore Co., Eagleville, Forrest, and heck, even Cascade will make out before they do. And if for some reason they make out of the district, which won't happen, but if they do they will go one and done in the region. Right now, they still stink. Give Coach Slatten and couple of years and they will be ok. They are relying on a freshman to get them out of the cellar and that ain't going to happen any time soon. Give them TIME!!!

there definately not relying on just a freshman...and i have a hard time believing that cascade and eagleville will be better than culleoka this year...moore co. and forrest are probably gonna be tough games but we'll see they have a game against cascade friday and coach slatten will have them ready to play

      We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.

      Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.

      I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.

      I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
