Hmmm, for some reason I didn't think you were still involved with MTSU wrestling. Where does the team practice and how often? I had heard that it was 'falling apart' over there!

We're revamping the program. We practice everyday either at the Rec Center or Blackman High. It isn't falling apart at all (thank God). Congrats on winning the tournament Hamm!

MTSU Wrestling has had a very rough semester, but we are in no ways falling apart. Wrestling4Life has it exactly right! we are definitely revamping!

 

I, on the other hand, have stepped into a very minimal role, but I wasn't the only guy the team had, or counted on. The club has come way too far for it to go by the wasteside and there are too many people around to let that happen. Harvey, Angelo, Demeatrice, and Myself are all getting ready to graduate, so it looks like we won't be around, but we have a very good group of youngsters (including Wrestling4Life, Hodge, the Lamberths, and Ingle) who love the sport and are going to keep the thing going! Look for the club to bounce back and do better than ever!

Glad to hear it is revamping and holding regular practices at the Rec Center (on campus). You have a lot of wrestlers attending school @ MTSU that have done well in high school or in other wrestling programs. There are a few spectators that would like to see MTSU get their wrestling program off the ground and into full swing!
