Kenwood Duals

Ok,

I Apologize for some of the Mix Ups. I'm not familiar with most of the faces and at Duals, with all the strategic switching around of wrestlers, it was deficult to tell who was wrestling who. I still wanted to get some sort of results out. Atleast the Team results are right

J. Kirn[Frk] dec. T. Minwell[Clk] 6-5

J. Kirn[Frk] lost to ?[Hartselle] 13-6

B. Rogers[Coll] lost to ?[Hartselle]6-3

 

I believe I saw Johnson pin Cumberland in the 3rd period and it was Minwell that Kirn beat.

I spoke with Johnson's father and he told me that "Kent was pinning the kid and the ref didn't call it." He also told me "Kent was 23-0 before he lost to the Cumberland kid." As far as I've seen the only one capable of beating Johnson on the Cumberland team is Jason Kilby. If anyone knows different please post.

Did Collierville or Soddy wrestle? Was Cleveland there?

Cleveland did not go to the duals.

 

Collierville and Soddy were in different pools. Soddy ended up in the same pool with Hartselle...Soddy did not match up well there.

 

As many will atest, pinning someone is not quite the same as pinned someone.

 

Lots of great matches. Rossview is much improved. Hartselle is appararently at full strength (they must not have been at Slamfest). The Franklin/Hartselle match was fiery. Lots of good action.

Good point! Only one of those will get your team 6 --- the other, leaves you wanting.

Correct. Hartselle was not at full strength at Slamfest. Too bad they still don't have a 125.....not hurt, not sick, but not at all. I read the article in The Leaf Chronicle. Sounded like one not to be missed. Too bad I missed it.
