Harpeth Hall vs. DCA

Tonight is a huge game between Harpeth Hall and DCA but it seems everyones missing a key detail... "UNDEFEATED" DCA has already lost this year to Harpeth Hall, they only chose not to place the hall of fame game on their record... Harpeth Hall's Whitney Downs and Sarah Baker will dominate such players as Kortni Hester and Amy Winfree... get ready for a good game and another 19 pt. beating by Harpeth Hall!

Well said....DCA is getting their 2nd loss tonite. By the way, their 3rd will definately come when they run into either Gleason, Trenton, or Dresden in the state tourney.....

Harpeth Hall is too tough for DCA to handle. But when DCA plays games they do announce that their record is whatever and 1..heard it at FRA, so I think the school is counting it, just not the papers or coacht.

 

But it's hard to be overrated when you look at their schedule. They may well lose to Trenton or Gleason or the likes if they make it that far, but to say they are overrated when they have one of the highest strength ratings on this site is a bit misguided. I looked at their schedule and it is littered with teams ranked by this site...many of those teams are larger schools (Upperman, Pigeon Forge, Smith County, etc). They may deserve their rating now, but may also be in for a rude awakening down the road??? (Which might start tonight)....

There is no claim by DCA to be undefeated. DCA fans do not get on here and tell

anyone they are going to win the state. In fact, you see very few post regarding DCA. Most of the talk is by the rural teams (for whatever reasons). For you to

get on here and bash them is ridiculous and immature on your part.

 

The record speaks for itself. In fact, they were probably a better team last year.

They have a young coach who is getting better and 6 guards. Coaching probably

cost them a state appearance last year but that same coach may be the reason they go this year. I think they learned alot from last year and do not look ahead

to any opponent. One game at a time.

 

As far as being overrated in your mind (who cares what you think)...

 

Westview apparently struggles against all the decent Class A teams in West Tennessee. Congratulation on being the top ranked Class A team in West Tennessee. Westview lost to Upperman and beat Smith county. DCA beat them both & the margin of victory was similar against Smith County. Looks like Westview and DCA would be a good game. Oh wait, you guys are AA. Looks like Westview may be overrated.

got to support those family ties... and Harpeth Hall doesnt get half as much recognition as DCA does and they've proved to be a much stronger threat...tonight will be a good game for both though.
