BIGTEN
So you have traveled all over the eastern half of the US and watch all of those guys play all year long. That's pretty impressive in its self. 825586415 WHY DO U HAVE TO GET ON HERE AND BE SO DUMB! IT'S CALLED VIDEO FOOTAGE!
MentalTownBaller
Laughable. Devendorf is a standout player on that TEAM and will be a great college and pro player as well. You put too much emphasis on dunks in losing efforts. I am a big Tyler Smith fan, and there is a good case to be made that he belongs on that team, but don't go where you did with Devendorf. 825584713 I've seen Devendorf play on a couple of occasions this year. He is more hype than true talent. I think that happens a lot. These teams are based more on hype than actual talent. There is no way that the selection committees for these types of teams are able to watch these guys enough to distinguish who is better. This is especially true when you get down to the last picks on the teams and everybody is really close talent wise. If it comes down to a decision between two players, then the one with more hype will usually be the last one standing.

Bonfire
i am glad to see them not in it. Now everyone wont be drooling over tennessees recruits and making them offers. it will help tn basketball out more that they dont play
hsfootballfan10
Tyler is a top 50 player, or lower. I think he is better, but that is what most national rankings have him as. This game is for the top 24 players around the country. However, Jamont should have made it and im upset

Where in my post was Tyler Smith's name mentioned and where did I mention a dunk? You need to check yourself before you get on here talking all stupid. Devendorf is overrated. Who couldn't make wide open outside shots. Devendorf is not a standout player on that team. Jamont Gordon and the big kid that plays down low are the standouts. Guest catfish-hunter
If Brewer made it last year, then there is no reason that Tyler or Jamont should not being playing this year. I was rooting for both of them and despite not getting to play in this game, both guys will go on and enjoy huge personal success on the next level. Brentwood Academy's Brandan Wright and Mitchell's Thaddeus Young will be playing in this game next year GUARANTEED!!! thumb
cdm2003
Devendorf doesnt seem like an all american to me. I have seen him play 3 times and Jamont has outplayed him in each. He has the worst stats out of everyone considered for the game. If he made the game Lee Humphrey from Maryville should of made the game. JP, Tyler, and Jamont all should of made it. AirForceOne
It is a shame that there were 11 players selected for the McDonald All-American game that are ranked lower than Jamont Gordon in all major polls. Of the 11 there are 4 guards in the game that are ranked lower than him.
DISS78
After Brewers poor showing in last years game, they did not want any more players from Tennessee. 825584193 Yeah but we all saw how Brewer did as a freshman in the SEC. Thats alot more impressive than what your talking about isnt it.
