It is illegal to kick members of the TSSAA in good standing out. And once you 'Kick' someone out you can't 'let' them do anything...as they are not under your authority anymore.

 

But what you really mean is force all the privates to play only privates in Division 2. Which is fair in what way?

That was wild goose chase! There was nothing there but 28 bills honoring state champions, coachs joining the hall of fame and other stuff our legislators waste their time on so they don't have to tackle the really tough stuff.
