jvaughan
Greenfield High School's Brandon Shane has commited to Christian Brother's out of Memphis. Shane leaves Greenfield as it's all-time leading scorer, 4 time All District (3 time MVP), 4 time All-Region, 2 time All-West Tenn (likely to be 3 in a week or so), Mr. Basketball fianlist last year, and 2 time All-State. He would be a huge asset where ever he goes and is definitly a great sign for CB. Congrats to Brandon. Opperman
Congrats to Brandon...CBU is a really good school, and their coach runs a pretty good program in a dynamite league.

He got the Crouse boys over to Bethel back in the good old days. Good luck to Brandon.
Opperman
Opperman, isn't CB in D2? What other teams are in thier conference? 825621614[/snapback] They're in the GSC West with Arkansas Tech, Arkansas-Monticello, Central Arkansas (for one more year before the go D-I), Delta State, Harding, Henderson State, Southern Arkansas, and of course, the only one that matters, Ouachita Baptist. Lincoln Memorial from east TN is in the GSC East with North Alabama, West Alabama, Alabama-Huntsville, West Georgia, West Florida, Valdosta State, and Montevallo. That said, the East and West are basically completely separated except for having the same conference staff. They only play each other in the tournament, there's no official cross-division games. Is Mike Nienaber still coaching at CBU? He got the Crouse boys over to Bethel back in the good old days. Good luck to Brandon. Yep, Nienaber is still the head honcho at CBU. He does a good job...they struggled this year, but the GSC West was really tough this year, and he changed his system this year from the flex offense to the Princeton offense. dtray
what position dose Brandon Shane play?
jvaughan
He played the post in high school because thats were he was most effective. But he will probably play outside because of his size (6'2) and his ability to get to the hole and finish.
