Have to agree on all points Reitz. First, how can you spin that it's "ethical" to penalize success or achieving goals? Next, implementing a rule for one division and not the rest...sketchy at best and downright unethical in intent.

Not every school has the luxury of that much support. You guys take it for granted.

lol ….. Region 7 will deal with Union City and Peabody the same way Region 6 has to deal with Mckenzie or Huntingdon every other cycle . TSSAA don’t care for the smaller schools . I’ll say this though , when there was talk about going back down to 4 or 5 classes last August , they did lower the enrollment number standards. Had they went with it , Mckenzie and UC would have been in 2A. They talked a little more about it today at the board meeting . Will be interesting to see what they do in two years , but it’s usually not in favor for smaller schools

Agree, a lot of people writing Maryville off and that's fine. Maryville performs pretty good being the underdog. Boo Carter is a fantastic player, will see if adding him will result in winning games. Still need a QB to get him the ball and a line to block. Bradley had a lot on the line when they faced Maryville last year and they were gutted by the Rebels. Let's also see how the team chemistry is when you bring in a superstar. It's a shame that a kid can play sports for 3 different schools in 9 months. TSSAA has got to revisit this.
