Two words: Clint Satterfield

I have heard that the new OL coach is going to be Jason Dobbs from Trousdale County. If this is true it should make the Warriors better instantly with the experience he brings. He brings a tremendous amount knowledge of the wing-T and 5 championship rings, and will be a welcome change on the offense and the weightroom. I think it's a great hire.

Lots of successful coaches move around to build their careers very rapidly. I'm sure Alabama is not mentioning how many times Saban has changed jobs over his career. Toledo to the NFL to Michigan St to LSU to the Dolphins and now with Alabama in the national championship. Congrats to Coach Wyant, looks like his moves recently have paid off.

Gridiron Clinics have been good in the past. Hope they have some quality speakers this year and I will be there. I will keep checking the web site for info. See ya in March in the boro.

Don't know much about the Mr. Football process a old pirate. There is a Mr. Football Back, Lineman(which is usually also a back), and a Kicker. Best of luck to all.

This is the kid Murphy Fair keeps talking about so I had to check him out and he is very good. Kicks very deep and is automatic on extra points. He also punts. Does anyone have his stats. The shoes are a little much.

Cobb is too athletic to play QB at UT. I would love to see him at UK, Ark, or WV these are offenses that use their QBs. He will play WR at UT which is ok but I hate to see him sale himself short. They promised Eric Locke a shot at QB also?

This will be very interesting to see how Coach Flatt does when he cannot go out and get the best athlete on the block. In the public school setting you have to win with the hand that is delt you. How much LINE play was Mitchell involved in this Year??? I watched FCS this year and dont remember him playing in the trenches???
