Congrats to all the girls that made the list. Looks like more great talent for 7AA for years to come. Taylor and Ferris both may make it to the next level.

Congrats to all that made it. However, its just my opinion, that Alison West was more deserving of the Defensive player of the year award. And thats not because I am an LA fan. But Ferris was deserving too, for her age she had an awesome year. Congrats.

Agree! She was the difference maker in some of LA's game. She surprised us all this year.

She may be the best to come out of this district someday. But I think the MVP award goes to the best player at the present time, which is who got it. Congrats for her other awards!

Rickman may be the 3rd seed, but I think that they have the best chance to beat Allons, the 1 seed. We played Allons close at our own gym for most of the game. May be another Allons upset in the making....

How neat would that be? And people wonder why our high school girls are always so tough! Thats your answer right there. Good elementary programs with good coaches.

You are absolutely right Mr.Bubble. Coach Miller has done a great job this year. All of his players seem to respect him and look up to him. That might explain why Rickman and Allons girls are so tough this year. Both coaches want to win, and their players want to win for their coaches and themselves. I just hope you guys don't finally beat us in the County Tournament.

Have the girls played in the Kentucky tournament yet? Keep us posted.

Well if Chase Dunn is so predictable what does that say for all of those other players that still can't stop him. You are kinda making them look even worse than he does. As for your Coach Melton comment, if you don't know any more about basketball than that, then you shouldn't even be on this board. All the other coaches must think he can coach. They voted for him. But I am sure they just voted for him because he has the youngest team in the district.

All the sophomores on LA's team rank the highest in the district. I don't think I would trade any of them for another from another team.

Sounds like Jackson Co. played sloppy and a little too aggressive... Had an off night and got beat.... But they way you put it makes it sound so much better...

Dunn - 1st team Stover,Ramsey, & Smith - 2nd team West & McLerran - 3rd team These are LA players that I think should make the list.... If not higher than what I have them..

Then you are confused..... Some teams have showed that they can slow him down... But I have yet to see anyone stop him..
