I left before all the bad stuff went on, but I can't blame the SP fans for their frustration. I believe Gville has the talent to play with SP. There were things that could've been done different last night, but, oh well. They need to start working for next year. Players and Coaches need to do soul searching if they want to do anything next year. And, Gville fans need to put this Quarterfinal game in perspective. If everything was set up like it was last year. We would've played South Pitt in the first round and got put out. There many frustrated Gville fans leaving South Pitt last night, because SP was clearly beatable in the fans eyes last night, and the players weren't put into the best positions to do that. Croz, where we at different games? Gville doesn't have close the talent SP has. You don't get beat by 40 and have about the same talent level. Two teams with the same talent level usually play with 14 points of each other. We exposed you guys. Cmon man.

It sounds like to KL that JBHS is wanting an easy ride to Cookeville. HelloOOOO!!! This is the playoffs. You can't play cupcake teams in the playoffs like you guys have during the regular season.

LV has a real good chance to win this game. They have enough "athletes" to cause problems. KL is going with an upset in the Jungle LV 30-23.

KL needs to get off his high horse and quit bashing other Pirate posters. There is no need for this type of thing. If you are a true fan, you will respect other people's opinion and stop bashing. If SP had won big you would have found something to gripe about. If you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all. KL isn't on a high horse 94 Pirate. I hope CPM, CPT, PowerP, and others have plenty of A1 sauce to put on that crow. As for the guy bashing TRob, you should also get a Cat Scan. TRob is a Warrior and a game changer. He can dominate the game. He almost led the Pirates on an amazing comeback. Yea, he got hit hard, but always found himself getting back in the game.

KL, shut the heck up. You're dumb. First of all, Polk did dominate the first half. Too big of a hole for any team to overcome... however, the might Pirates did, and put them in the perfect spot to tie, or possibly win the game. Great job in the second half, terrible job in the first. Polk smashed mouthed us the first half. I commend Polk Coach on a well thought out game plan that went his way in the first quarter. I question the defense of SP as well PowerP. I commend Terrell on stepping up and being a leader after being knocked out. A couple dropped passes, the fumble, the 3 Int's ( the last Malcolm Jones should have come back to the ball), and SP wins. But that is the woulda coulda shoulda's. Polk suprised me, I admit, and the crow tastes good, but I do agree that these 2 losses to Boyd and Polk will only make us stronger and better come playoff time. You see how we reacted when we needed to. In my opinion we were just outcoached. Great job to both teams, wish you well in the playoffs... now Polk, please make a long run so it helps me stomach the loss a little better Hopefully CPM (Coach Pirate Mike) will think twice about making a stupid prediction next time. Here you go questioning the defense now like you did the offense after the Jasper game. KL thinks CPM and CPT (Coach Pirate Tom) along with other will start giving other opponents more respect. It appeared to KL that adjustments were made and we stopped them pretty good the second half. I was just glad the boys didn't roll over and get mercy ruled. Even though we lost, they showed some determination to win after being down by 4 touchdowns.

KL tried to tell some of you posters about these off the wall predictions. Polk was a very good team that came out and mashed us the first half. KL saw Pirate Tom's prediction of 48-14 and almost croked. Dude, we have a good team, but so do they. KL didn't sit up there in KL's usual spot, because KL didn't want smell the stinch. I was impressed with our guys not to lay down and quit after being down 27-0. This was without a doubt the best team we have played this year. I doubt we will see anyone this good in the playoffs. And for Geno, get back on your meds. It is apparent when you need a prescription refill. You get on here and have diarrhea of the mouth.

PM, KL is just realistic. KL has all the confidence in the world in these guys, but also just has respect for opponents. KL was just saying that you and others just like to see how bad you can make other opponents look. I figured you would eat next door at Harvey's and get one of those nice big cheeseburgers like Pirate Tom does. Man, I don't know what Harvey puts in Pirate Tom's burger, but man can he let off an aroma up there in the stands. It has ruined KL's sense of smell.

Good points, Coach J. I'm even more amazed that the SP fans posting on here think the Pirates are invincible.....especially since they lost a game??? They may very well beat Polk Co., but after watching Polk beat a good McMinn Central team, I'd suggest the Pirate fans not be too confident of a victory. Now fellers, Old Pirate says the Pirates have been taught to feel confident and expect to win every time they steps on the field. Some youngons like PP that do a right powerful amount of boasting are kinda like them politicians that says go gettem boys but has never been on the sickem side. OP says most old timers who has gone thru the battles are most times cautious cause theys can be snipers and the unknown/unexpected is always a bother. KL agrees with OP here. Some of these SP posters think that these Pirates are unbeatable. KL thinks the players attitude about their opponents is much different than some of our arrogant posters.
