  1. I'm 18 years old, so I could really not care if they know, but they do know. I'm homeschooled now, so that explains that. I actually get most of my work done during the early morning. Umm, yes, I do. Anyone who is an alumni of SDHS, SYHS, or DHS, has a dog in the fight. Johnny Knoxville has a dog in the fight. The guy who writes Get Fuzzy has a dog in the fight(think his name is Darby Conley). Can't think of many other famous people from South Knox.
  2. As long as it's a clean poop with minimal wiping, sure.
  3. Watched the game, and here is what I saw - Bearden basically just curbstomped Farragut to a slimy pulp. The scary part is that Farragut should be really good this year. - How the Bulldogs did it: By pressing the crap out of the Admirals. It was at a pace that only another team in Knoxville in orange could match. - Farragut, as I've said multiple times, has a fine team. #52 is a big ol boy, along with the other Seqouias that Farragut has in the post. #10 is also really good, watched him play a couple of times last year. - Bearden has one of the wildest gyms I have ever seen/heard. Watching the game, and seeing the fan/student section almost on the court was incredible. - If Bearden gets up like this for Oak Hill, they could win by 10+. No kidding either.
  4. Final Score Bearden - 84 Farragut - 41 Ouch.............
  5. This one made me laugh. As I said before, Farragut isn't a bad team, Bearden is just exponentally better.
  6. Hey, we've been crappy. So this, at least, would be a lateral movement.
  7. Question: What person in thier sane mind turns down Montgomery Bell, just because of the drive?
  8. Hey OR fans, players, parents................. If you fire Stephens, send him down to South Knoxville. Thank you South-Doyle High School
  9. Let me be as straight forward as I possibly can,............ Bearden - 65 Farragut - 50 That would be my conservative estimate. Farragut isn't a bad team, but Bearden will run them out of the gym. Just another warmup on the way to #1 Oak Hill
  10. That's pretty impressive. How did you know/find out that stuff?
  11. Here's my prediction for the game East - 35 West -20
  12. Good question. All of our key players are pretty much gone out the door after this year. Just off of the top of my head, I'd say Jason Conley(QB), Daniel Caughorn(WR/DB), Tanner Wells(DB), and a big 09 soph named Joseph Romines. He towers above most everyone at SDHS, and will be an NCAA D-1 prospect if developed right. Well, as someone who was part of the team, until the day before the jamboree, it was frustrating to watch, but oh well. I still like most everyone on that team, even if they don't feel the same back. The thing is, our youth situation is the one that makes me madder more than anything else. That is the reason Hutch has only 40 players during spring practice. No one wants to play after the first season. Example, my youth team back in 2001 was 7-2 during the regular season, and lost the County Title game. There were about 35 to 40 players on that team. Only 4-6 players on that team played for SDHS in 2008, if that. A few of my teammates on that team went to Seymour(Brandon Dockery and a few others). Derek Wilcox played for SD, but was expelled, and went to go on to play for Fulton and thier state 2nd place team in 2007. Most just blended into the school scene, and chose not to play football. I intend to do all I can, thus the reason I am joining the MS staff next year, hopefully going to coach the high school after I get out of college. Yea, that was one thing I did see during the time I played. Hutchins does curse, but I've never heard anything like that. MFing ###### wasn't one of the things I heard, but I wouldn't be suprised if he said that. Mostly, I heard ######, A-hole, and a f-word or two. As for a lawsuit, haven't heard anything about it, so I can't comment. Seeing as Duncan is a principal, as well as the AD, I would see no reason he couldn't fire him. Ahh, yes. No, haven't heard much about that either. I will say that from what I've heard, the band is drilled pretty well. Ahh, I see now. Suing because your child didn't get drum major is kinda stupid. I mean, if it's a discriminatory lawsuit, thats one thing, but just because you didn't get drum major is being a crybaby.
  13. Being a motivator and and a leader is by far, the number one thing that a coach must have.
  14. Are we talking population, or talent.
  15. Again, I say I've got much love for MBA for beating a former national champion, and I've got respect for Brentwood Acad. for having the testicular fortitude to schedule Prattville.
  16. Seems like a good proposal, but if they were gonna move the state championship to any where, it'd be LP Field.
  17. As long as it's most years, that's cool, but I doubt the Fulton kids and the AE kids want to play together on the same team.
  18. Question: Why don't they just have all the 6-8th graders play on a unified middle school team? Or do logistics in CC prevent that? Just a hypothetical question.
  19. I'm not so sure about that. There were times where Fulton looked just downright awful for Fulton standards. Austin-East was good, but the suspensions took them out of the state title picture.

  21. To HV fans..............I hope that your players can do well this season, and can at least win a few games. Your team is young, and will take a couple of years to develop, but I think you guys can win in a few years. Good luck.
  22. Now, hold on a second. My intent was never to insult any other schools(as a SD fan, that wouldn't make a ton of sense, now would it?). If I did, I'm sorry, but to me, Maryville has represented the state better than anyone else. I have a ton of respect for the schools like BA, MBA, MUS, and Baylor. I respect each and every one of those schools, and everything they've done(yes, I'm very familiar with each school, and the traditions they have). But, I still stick to my guns that Maryville has been the representatives for the state of Tennessee, at least over the last 5-10 years, if not more.
  23. I like chaos. It's more fun like that.
  24. It would be more fun than what we've got. I like it.
