  1. .....Sooooo, you think he's not going to play? We'll just have to wait and see? MHS by 17 Reguards to the Board, Mapp
  2. Check the camera angle and reajust to the perpendicular...it missed by inches. The refee looks straight up the upright to guage if it's good or not. Let me explain...if the camera was positioned on a line perpendicular to the goal line with the upright a point on/in that line, the ball past just out side that point. (I love it when the media messes with heads just to aggrivate!) Isn't Geometry wonderful? Reguards to the Board, Mapp
  3. Nope!.....not gonna do it...just wouldn't be prudent....not gonna pick against "Black Swarm 7". It just wouldn't make sense. MHS 31 WBHS 28 Reguards to the Board, Mapp
  4. OhhhRah! Ron! Polls are nice for fans (like me) but can be determental to players. However, it is nice to see Tennessee in national polls, up there with traditional states like TX, CA and North East states teams. I am bias, glad it's the Red Rebels in there. Did you happen to see/hear how Rouse did tonight? CN won like 52-24? A credit to Rouse and MHS. Reguards to the Board, Mapp

  20. Give yourself 1.5 - 2 hrs traveling time through the Park (441). Distance is roughly 60 miles from Cherokee to Shields. Little River road from Park HQ to Townsend will be slower than normal. If you go I-40, about 85 miles, make it 2.5 hrs. Sounds like a good trip. Bring your winnings to the concession stand before the hot chocolate runs out. Reguards to the Board,...(burp!!...oppps! 25. I believe you would have to ask the D-1 Colleges and Universitys about that. There are 49 other states out there with great High School Sports Programs. Many with a higher population density of prospects from which to choose. There are a few I'm familliar with that wouldn't consider a number of states' (non-state colleges now) prospects until last, and Tennessee is one of them. For example: Cornell, Boston College, Syracuse and Monmouth University really don't have to look far for tallent. Obvioulsy, most State Universities don't have to look far for tallent, but when they do, they don't pick many. Just my observation and opinion. Some MHS players that made D-1 since '98: Nick Black - Clemson. '98 Chuck Prugh - UT. and of course Cade and Carl. I think that's pretty impressive. Plus a number have gone on to play at smaller schools too. Reguards to the Board, Mapp
