I know what the new laws are. I am just saying it was done in Rutherford County 4 or so years ago and now Williamson County is doing the same thing. It hurts the kids and whole atletic program.

This has nothing to do with the Bush administrations new overtime law. You can thank a guy from Rutherford county for this one. He was an EA and raised ten kinds of cain because he thought he should be paid overtime. Rutherford County has had this policy for about four years now. It was enforced but I don't think they enforce it anymore. Clinton was in office when it was started in Rutherford County.

Being a WB graduate I am very saddened by this story. There is no place for this crap at any event, much less high school. I remember the fans being nothing but supportive when I was there from 89-93. Guess times have changed. What is up? Is the band selling beer or moonshine at the concession stand? I have always said, and will continue to say that the worst part of Coaching/Teaching is not the kids but the Parents. Give the guy and the kids a break.

Don't look now, but the beloved Reds are still in it. Born and raised in Cincy and love that place. It is only about an hour longer to go to Cincy from Nashvegas. I'd be game to go to Cincy. Any takers? Skyline and Gold Star chili sounds great to me.

Sad, sad, sad. Matt is a great kid a does not deserve this. I understand we all make mistakes, but I do not think it is fair to make the kid sit out. I hope the TSSAA can change this situation. I know Matt and he is very upset. He is an OUTSTANDING kid.

Eagleville High School will be holding a passing league every Thurday night throughout the summer, starting June 3rd. There is no cost and we are willing to travel to other schools.
