Yes he did...Not because he wanted to, but because he had to. He was working a job trying to pay to go to school at JCS, and play basketball....but it took its toll on him and he had to transfer....the last I heard he did not get his elligibility back

Dotson is probably pretty good, but if hes being signed or recruited by UT then its not that big of a deal....the past two years they have signed guys who are very overrated like Herndon and Bradshaw...I know this is not about UT but i have to throw this in...they will not be successful until they start recruiting other places than TN, dont get me wrong TN has A LOT of good players, but they cant compeat with UK, FL, Miss St. and even Vandy

Im close to a lot of JCS players and former players....the rumor is that it is Jeffery Allen a kid who transfered from USJ to Liberty, but sat out last year at Liberty because he had to, and now has transfered to JCS

The best team in the Chattanooga excluding Bradley Centeral is Temple.....and everyone knows that....as long as there is a Skogan playing there they will be the best.....He may not be as good as his big brother....but he is still pretty dang good....and look for Temple to be back in the 'boro this year

Who cares if WC has the best record in Carroll or Gibson Counties....most of those teams are 2A or higher and they play way harder schedules....that statement has no validty.....ANYWAYS JCS by THREE touchdowns

I never went to USJ.....but Benson was not that whole team...Franklin Payne and Andy Meltcalf made that team too...The following year they made it back to the region and played bad against an overrated Halls team with just Franklin and Andy....which both of them are playing D I sports.....Franklin is playing football there and could play baseball and basketball as well because hes that good.....And Andy is at Memphis playing soccer and was the leading scoreer in Conference USA last year as a freshman and could play football and basketball too....So know your stuff my man!

South Fulton doesn't count in those years...South Fulton didnt make it to State Trey Pearson went to state....and JCS should have went to state over them in 02 but poor officiating and some poor execution took that away...and last year G-field got lucky getting past JCS and getting to state again! But Vaughn your a baller....but dont get on here and talk about your team...just prove it on the court

If Webb goes to Ole Miss to play ball he will be eaten alive in the SEC. Thats big time basketball and hes not good enough to play there...Maybe somewhere like UTC but not the SEC....sorry...neither one of them are that good

the only reason you want USJ to win is because JCS beat yall again this year (like they do every year) and you dont want to get beat by them again in the play-off's....but even if USJ does win you'll still get put out of the play-off's by either one of these teams...and to the guy who said about USJ/JCS getting whooped up on by public 2A schools next year....they have been beating public 2A schools for a while in all sports.....quit crying because you all can never win state championships and saying that small private schools recruit...if you went to one then you would see that they dont....they cant help that they have reputations for being good at sports and better athletes migrate to their schools in order to win championships!

Especially in West TN...the best 1A basketball comes out of District 14A! That's it...end of discussion

McCallie isnt a Christian/Catholic school it's a Boys Prepatory school....And all the students may not be Christian/Catholic but the school still has rules so the school wouldnt allow the student body to do what they do if it was that bad

Doaks is very overrated and so is Webb....the only reason they are any good is because they play in 1A where there is not that tough of play inside

if jcs can actually play some offense this game along with playing the same great defense they palyed in the district championship they should come out winners...Coach V will have them ready on offense and defense....this group of guys knows how to win and are champions....JCS by 10

Eagles are a great team, expect to see them in Murfreesboro....i give Huntington credit for keeping it close....but it shouldnt have been close...Huntington is highly overrated...Congradulations to the Eagles

also the only reason Huntington always has a winning season is because they play a weakbutt schedule every year and they have no one in there district...actually they plain stink

first of all i know John personally...but not that it matters...he does deserve the coach of the year award....he had a team that hasnt doesnt much of anything in the past few years...and he turned them around...second Xavier Webb has more talent than anyone in that entire district...third district 13A is like JV basketball compared to other single A districts in west TN...esp district 14A
