Here's the money passage and quote from the Jackson Sun Article:
"Milan High School is among those that enroll students from outside its district lines if it has room in that student's grade. All it costs is a $50 application fee. Milan High Principal and Athletic Director Tim Warren said he knew of athletes from Carroll County and outside zone lines who played for the Bulldogs, but he doesn't feel that compares with private schools."
"It's entirely different," Warren said. "I don't think the TSSAA knows what it's getting into."
Somebody care to explain how its different?
