And I'll second what Blazer14 said about rhshasbeen66. He really is a great guy, and he's definitely not the type of person that's mean to people. I've known him for almost 7 years, and I can personally say he is a class act.

Why are they going to scrimmage a team that they play during the season?

Yeah, I'm playing at Middle right now. I'm not sure who Blackman is scrimmaging. Usually they scrimmage Franklin County and Centinniel. But they play Centinniel during the season so I don't know for sure who they will scrimmage. I'll try to find out.

Eddie is now going to be part of the Titans broadcasting team.

Yes, that is hard to beat. It was later officially named as "The Run." I was there and saw this amazing play. I would have to say it is number one in my book as well. Billy Plummer's catch in the corner of the endzone is going to be in the top five of mine. Great catch for a sophomore kid that is giving almost a foot in height to his defender and still manages to go up and over the top of him and take it away and stay in bounds. I would guess that you would have to try somehow to get ahold of someone who was around back then and ask if they have the film. Another one I've heard of, but don't know the details was the 2003 2nd round playoff game of Smyrna @ Lincoln County. I think that Michael Edmiston threw a 60 something yard pass in the last few seconds of the game to give LC the win.

Blazer14, did you hear about Blackman going to camp for the first time ever this year?

1994 Clinic Bowl bewteen germantown and Riverdale. Riverdale was down 10-7 with just a couple minutes to go. TB Alvin Duke broke through the line and ran about 40+ yards off balance. He was stumbling the whole way to the end zone but amazingly never fell and gave Riverdale a 14-10 win and their first ever state title. Back in the early '70s in a jv game, Antioch QB Ricky Williams took a QB sneak 99 yards for a TD.

Why did he transfer?

Ian Van Horne was playing at MTSU until he quit this spring. I was at UT a little less than a month ago, and I saw him there doing a transfer orientation so I wonder if he's going to try to play for the Vols now.
