Greenback 239 .Penalties LC 10 for 84 yards.Greenback 2 for 18 yards.First downs LC 20.Greenback 9.Time if possession LC 35 min Greenback 12 min.Total plays LC 72.Greenback 39.Look at all the statsLC shoulda won by larger score than 38 to 23 after TD called back,penalties that stopped drives.Was lopsided except scoreboard with officials.I was at the game too.Officials were as bad as I e seen.Look at the stats

Id loved to kept Trenton on the schedule.Win or lose.LC has a very good middle school team with size and athletes and play Three Oaks,North iee,Crockett Co so think it bodes well for the future in playing larger schools.But again.Could pay a price later in case if a tie with someone playing the Perry Cos ,Bruceton,Etc instead of Haywood,Dyersburg if it comes to tie breaker Maybe schedule only one.But maybe schools like Perry Co ,Bruceton don't want to travel out of their region a pretty good distance.Doubt any of those teams would schedule Union City if they don't have to

Not trying to put those other schools down.Its hard playing larger schools with maybe 160 kids or less in school.Id like to continue playing maybe one large school or even two like Central and Dyersburg cause of distance.But voters need to look at this when LC plays the Haywood',Dyersburg.Same with Union City playing The teams they play.

I agree.Time voters look at who teams play.Lets be realistic.Lets take West Carroll.Only one team they have played has a winning record.All the others are just about all 1-6 or 2 and 4 at best.Put them playing Union City or Lake Co,s schedule.LC has losses to Central who like to beat Haywood and losing to Dresden.Lost To Dyersburg.Lost to Dresden.Still has Unbeaten JCS and Union City so probably 2 more losses.West Carroll has a tough game with McKenzie.Or let's change it around.Put LC and Union City in that region playing Perry Co,Bruceton,McEwen.Probably be undefeated till McKenzie.So why do voters not look at teams these losses are to with UC and LC. It's True LC defense isn't up to standards but put other teams against Central,,Dyersburg,Dresden and doubt theirs would be either Just curious.If a 3rd place lC team at 5 and 5 played an 8 and 2 West Carroll,who you choose by looking at schedules,not wins and losses.Not a knock on West Carroll.Just that voters just look at wins

I thought LC did ok offensively with Mulling gaining maybe close to 300 yards.Just the defense for LC was terrible..Maybe it helps already playing Dresden and who key is to stop.Maybe LC can't slow them down.But still lots to do before then.Wouldnt it be something if LC was to upset UC and send them to Dresden in 2nd round and loser go home..lol.Dont see it happening but never say never

I think the stud running back is only a junior? Not sure about QB but if he's back,SF will be a load.LC only has 4 seniors but maybe about 3 years being a contender with middle school beating bigger schools Crockett Co,Three Oaks handily,Dresden,Fulton Co and 6 point loss to Northview.So these kids are use to playing larger schools which should help as they get older.And think about 8 or 9 starters on that team are back next year.But ur right.SF should be improved.

LC defense wasn't what I hoped but Dresden scores was much closer than score.Dresden scoring from about 23 yards with 1 second to go before half ,in coaching blunder to me.Call a timeout and just don't let anyone behind you at goal line.Dresden also scored in a out last minute of game.

At the moment LC and UC basically tied.LC actually played Dresden tougher than score indicated with Dresden scoring from about 20 yards out on last play of half, to me a coaching blunder.And again in last minute of game.But Id go with Dresden 1st UC 2nd .LC 3rd and SF 4th.Think LC has 3rd place pretty well sewed up even with a loss to Union City as Think Gleason,Greenfield still has games with either Dresden and Union City also.

It happens again.Gleason and Greenfield schedule easy teams,go 4-0 and get ranking chatter and then start playing tough teams and get blown out.LC should start trying to play Perry Co,Bruceton,McEwen,Fulton City and stop playing the 3A teams I like playing these teams but sooner or later ,LC going to tie someone in the region and they going to go to tiebreaker,most wins and going to cost LC

Maybe LC needs to try quit playing teams like Haywood',Dyersburg JJCS ,Obion Central and drive farther to play Bruceton,Perry Co.Add Fulton City Then maybe only have 2 losses and people won't be saying things like.Well he's having great stats but on a losing team.

I just don't see it happening with 3 losses and more than likely 2 more losses coming against undefeated JCS who has beaten USJ 40 to 0 and scored 60 points against Fayette Co.And LC also plays Union City.

Officials tried to give Greenback that game.Look at the stats from that game.Tubbs was out also at the half and TD called back.Terrible officiating for a championship game.
