What a game

LC has thrown for 21 TDS and 4 ints. The 21 TDS are a record so it’s a bit different for sure.

RS is definitely a heavy favorite going in. I think Bigpun54 has a pretty good analogy. LC has looked very good at times against the run and not so good other times. In order for LC to have a chance to win they have to step up on defense and minimize RS rushing attack. AND protecting the QB is key. LC has been effective running the ball, but that will be difficult Friday night. Lastly, LC has got to hold down the costly penalties. This is one of the most penalized teams that we have had in sometime.

Well as far as home penalties go last week home game against Summertown we had 13 for 130 yds and they had 5 for 53. All were justified on both sides.

Memphis has 11 schools which will probably give them 2 regions (7 & 8). If that happens it will cause a ripple effect. Region 6 could be Huntington, Peabody, JCM, Gibson, Milan, Liberty. Region 7 could be East Hickman, Hickman, Lewis, Riverside, Waverly, Camden, Adamsville. Region 4 Cascade, Summertown, Mt. Pleasant, Loretto, Forrest, Harpeth. Fayetteville could move further East.

I know that these 2 Regions are not the cream of the crop in 2A. I think everyone agrees that Riverside is the team to beat. With that being said how do you think the match up in the playoffs will go between the regions?

We scrimmaged Harpeth and I thought they were really below average. I can’t imagine how how bad TC is to lose this game.

Better offensively for sure and better coached. AV running back is as good as it gets. QB runs the offense well and makes plays.

32-14 LC with a 100 yd interception return to end the half

We have a good one going on 20-14 3:40 before halftime

Aville will be well coach and physical. Stopping there RB and limiting their QB will be the difference in the game. I believe that LC has the best team, but playing on the road will be a challenge.

The story of this game was LC’s defense. I was surprised that they were able to totally shut down Porter. Loretto has has as good of skilled people as they have had and I while. I think if They will stay out of their own way they could make some noise going forward. LC continues to improve each week.
