Are you saying I can refer to any of the African American players on the SC team with the "n---er" word and it be OK as long as I am kidding? ABSOLUTELY NOT! If what I say is offensive to you, even if I am kidding, I am in the wrong. Some people won't agree with me, but that is the way I feel. If a coach constantly does this to a kid(s), even if he says he is kidding, your saying that is OK??? If that is the case, then would it be OK for me to get on here (public forum... just like talking openly in public) and trash INDIVIDUAL players on SCs team????? How would you react?

Hola! Cabo, What if you were to compare the times of the Sharp Springs Inv (MC) with the district meet of the alphabet soup schools??? How do MC 1-5 and their times stack up there?? Especially 3-5 of MC, FRA, and JC I see it as who improves the most in the next three weeks as to what happens at Steeple. And anything can happen.

twing twang would you meddle if an asst coach told your son he was a sissy for playing WR, and the kid thought he meant it? would you meddle if an asst coach said openly that he would like to play football with some kids mom. She could be the center and he would be the quarterback. All this said in front of her husband and her SON (the player). You tell me what would you do in these situations????

I'm not saying MC is all world, or that they will win. HOWEVER, their 2-7 men will have much better times now than they had last year. MaHOWNey is even a little faster. My big point is that these boys have been trying to catch him for two years now. If they are truely tring to hang with him, why wouldn't you assume their times will get faster. First race at Sharp Springs was promising, just ask Brentwood. Who is annaken?

while the top a/aa runners at the classic will be mahaney, coniglio, and johnson...but not just a/aa schools will be in the small school race. there are some good out of state schools and usually father ryan I thought it was maHOWNeey?

I am a 4-3A alum. Traditionally I used to say the same thing eagle man did. Until they re-districted and gave LA the shaft. Without a doubt, hands down, hands up, hands in your pockets, whatever you want to say 2-3A is the toughest. What would Catholic or Austin East do in any other region in the state the last 5 years? I sure would like to say 4-3A.......but bigdaddy is correct in pointing out 2-3A. I would say it is the toughest in all classes?!?!?!?!?!?

twang you seem kindler and gentler this year what gives???? TC succeeded in showing absolutely nothing. Even Westmoreland seemed vanillia. Both SC offenses looked as bad as both defenses looked good!

Echo thoughts on imchillin and twing twang. World needs more people with that kind of fiber. But really I wouldn't expect any less from someone from our little section of the globe. Some of the best people in the world are from right here in mid TN.

As for jamboree, MC looked suprisingly in sync on offense (which was my worry) and I think they will move the ball if they play with that emotion twang was talking about. As far as the waspers, ford and cunningham will make goth sides of the ball a little different. Both had hangnail injuries and could not play last night. Dissapointed that TC missed my loss prediction by 7 points. Obvious they wanted to show absolutely nothing. I wouldn't be supprised to see them in a totally different offense next week.
