  1. I know the Red Devil faithful will crucify me for this..but I gotta ask....What about Houston? just curious..........
  2. Well....One of the best I've seen was my senior year(1999-2000)elimination game between Bartlett and Germantown. Pouring rain the entire game and lightning danced in the sky but refs wouldn't call the game. Both teams just battled it out and gave it their all but my Panthers came out on top......(then went on to get creamed by Glencliff)..haha..but that's another story
  3. The game is a blowout every year but Bartlett and Bolton have an incredible rivalry. (even if the phrase "Bolton Football" is an oxymoron)
  4. Yeah..you're right Sourone. What the heck does Opperman know about Mempis anyways. He's only lived most of his life. I'd much rather listen to you. You MUST know everything about the city of Memphis because you live on the opposite side of the freaking state. All joking aside, trust us on this one man. I've lived here almost 10 years myself and traffic, parking, etc is NOT THAT BAD. I'm sorry if you think otherwise but keep in mind Memphis(nor any other city) hosts an event as massive as the Lewis/Tyson Fight every weekend.I know it's easy to spit on Memphis cause the whole state hates the city. I can understand that. My family is from Ky and we can't stand Louisville..haha. But ya know what? It is still a great city with great people and contributes a lot to the state of Kentucky. Memphis is no different. Just try and keep an open mind about this. It may surprise you
  5. Sourone..Opperman is quite right about Wrigley. Not only did it cost us $40 to park. It cost us $40 to park in an alley. And,yes, the companies who own those parking spots downtown do rate up for special events...(as I found out when my dad and I went to see UM play in the NIT) but for goodness sake..it was nothing like the Chicago experiance. On that note...the traffic while bad...is not as horrible as it was when you were here. Most of my frustration driving in Memphis comes from a few idiots who have seen " The Fast and the Furious" one too many times. But trust me...it's not near as bad as you described it all the time. Pantherbert is good...Pantherbert is wise
  6. Eagles, Naifeh is from Covington, not Memphis.
  7. Kev...just how was the Tyson/Lewis fight a joke?
  8. I hate to lose a gut like AJ...but replacing him won't be half as tough as it was this year...having to replace three key players from 2001's championship team...namely...Loe,Duggin,...and our very own TJ. The problem is...AJ is 6'5....and was our only size other than Ben Frederick.
  9. Dburg has a shot. I don't know who they return. I do know that Bolton doesn't lose anybody really important from this year's squad
