  1. If possible I would like both directly to the field as well as through Springfield. It depends on what time I get started after work and the traffic through Nashville whether I can stop before the game. Thanks so much.
  2. Could someone please post driving directions? I tried the mapquest thing and those directions make as much sense as wearing flipflops to Friday's game. Thanks in advance and we'll see you all on Friday!!
  3. I don't think that Jordan really has the better of the stats. When I look at everything, what I notice is that Jordan has astronomical rushing yards. He has ~ 800 more than Dailey but on 175 more carries. That is what stands out the most in my opinion. Wonder what Dailey could have with that number of carries? Taking his average per carry at about 10 yards, that would put him at 3710. Also, I think that total/all purpose yards are impressive. With that, Jordan has his 2727 and 33 TD's, but Dailey moves up to 2680 and 37 TD's with 3 2pt conversions. Both are impressive young men. Should be interesting.
  4. It is hard to believe that you watch a great, hard fought football game between high school kids and want to complain about what one team was sayng on the sidelines!!!!! The only reason you know what was said is that you are one of maybe 10 people on the field other than the players, coaches and officals. My guess would be that what you heard were comments between teammates, none of which were heard by te other team and likeley not voiced on the field. I, for one, know that the game was physical and frustrating, and am not surprised that the players were frustrated as well. For all you know, the Trojans were saying the exact same things. Maybe you should find another hobby other than complaining, and loosing respect for kids. Last I checked , it is not your job to decide wether player conduct is appropriate, esp on that side of the field. I for one respect any kid who can play the game at the level demonstrated last night and still be standing 3 hrs later. Good job guys.
  5. Originally from Lawrence County but did play at Cumberland
  6. The game is at MP this year. Expect a huge crowd from both teams.

    Collinwood?

Is Collinwood scheduled to be in a Jamboree tihs weekend? If so, where, who do they play and what time?
  8. How can a guy who doesnt start on a pitiful wayne co team be the toughest. My pick is #50 John Daniel from Collinwood. When I was a senior he was a soph. and you could hardly see any green paint on his helmet
  9. I didnt say that Whitaker would lead them to the region title. But he will help them beat Waynesoro for sure. C-Wood is my pick. As bad as Waynesboro and Collinwood hate each other wouldnt have been awesome to see the two schools combine. They would dominate the private schools.
  10. How many times can you get 225 hot shot?
  11. I thought this post was about wayne county kitty cats not Collinwood. Anyway u say mount pleasant lost 18 players but u forget about the kid that turned your "stud?" QB a flip last year. He is back. And I know for a fact that he did 17 reps of 225 at a combine this year.
  12. I think John Daniel has a shot at Mr. Football for lineman. He is number 50 from Collinwood, and mean as a snake
  13. Just to let you know, RoRo Fennessee is a back up, not typically even second string which is filled by George Sparkman, in the running back department. His primary position is linebacker with a few carries here and there during the season. Granted, he is getting more carries right now but that is due to injuries and the small size of the Mt. Pleasant squad. When you only dress players in the 30's, the best athletes get moved to key posisitions, whatever works to get the win.
